I was meeting my buddy St Paul at Jordan MTR station to exchange some goods before he returns to Los Angeles tomorrow. We had a nice chat about stuff before going on our separate ways. He's attending a banquet nearby and I got nothing else to do, so I thought perhaps I should swing by Australia Dairy Company (澳洲牛奶公司) for a quick tea set.
Australia Dairy Company is one of those places that I really miss going to during our 3-year battle with COVID-19.
Steamed egg custard with almond (杏汁燉雞蛋) – I ended up choosing take-away as it was getting a little late. As usual, I got my "yellow" steamed egg custard.

I thought the egg custard was pretty watery today without the usual custardy texture (still very tasty). Could it be the moisture from the take-away box I wonder?
