1Malaysia atau 'Satu Malaysia' adalah satu gagasan yang diperkenalkan oleh Perdana Menteri Malaysia keenam, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak pada 2 April 2009. Intipati gagasan ini idea satu bangsa tanpa mengira kepelbagaian etnik, sub-etnik dan kebudayaan. Semua pihak mestilah bersama-sama menjayakannya. Pelaksanaannya bukan dibuat semalaman tetapi secara transfomasi.
Ia adalah kesinambungan konsep daripada dua kepimpinan terdahulu dalam membawa Malaysia menjadi sebuah negara maju.Ia adalah ramuan serta formula pentadbiran dalam proses negara menuju Wawasan 2020 serta menjadi cemerlang, gemilang dan terbilang seperti yang diperjuangkan perdana menteri keempat dan kelima iaitu Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad dan Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
Aspek utama ialah sikap saling hormat menghormati dan bersikap menerima di antara satu sama lain.Masyarakat majmuk di Malaysia perlu disatukan melalui '1Malaysia'. Hubungan kaum dipereratkan bagi jangka masa panjang. Tiada perbezaan antara bandar, luar bandar dan kumpulan etnik sekiranya mereka mempunyai potensi berhak mendapat bantuan kerajaan berbanding anak-anak golongan berada yang sudah tentu mempunyai peluang pendidikan yang terbaik. Kerajaan menawarkan akses pemula dengan menyediakan datar permainan yang adil tetapi kita sebagai kerajaan tidak berkemampuan memastikan penghasilan yang sama. Prinsip utama yang mendasari 1Malaysia adalah kebersamaan dan kekitaan dalam satu keluarga besar.

ASPEK - ASPEK UTAMA 1MALAYSIA
Konsep 1Malaysia digagaskan akan terlaksana dalam dua aspek utama seperti berikut: Aspek Pertama – Penerapan Teras-Teras Perpaduan Menerapkan teras-teras perpaduan sebagai budaya dan amalan semua rakyat Malaysia. Teras perpaduan ini adalah komponen-komponen asas yang menguatkan semangat bersatu padu di kalangan rakyat berbilang kaum. Teras Perpaduan ini didokongi oleh nilai-nilai murni yang seharusnya mendasari cara hidup rakyat Malaysia. Aspek Kedua – Penerapan Nilai-Nilai Aspirasi Nilai-nilai Aspirasi yang digagaskan dalam konsep 1Malaysia ialah nilai-nilai yang perlu ada pada masyarakat progresif dan dinamik yang akan memacu negara ke arah mencapai status negara maju. Nilai-nilai aspirasi akan membantu dalam mewujudkan tenaga kerja yang berdaya maju dan mampu bersaing dalam persekitaran global dan ini seterusnya membantu melonjakkan kedudukan ekonomi negara ke tahap yang lebih kukuh dan mantap.

All people need to give priority to the interests of national allegiance and loyalty to the people and solve their own group. This country is a country for all citizens, regardless of race, religion, culture and politics. All people should assume that they are a nation of Malaysia in which everything should be enjoyed in common. Efforts to preserve and protect the interests of the people and the country has done since the days of Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj. Efforts of our people and country were linked by the Prime-Prime Minister next. Every Prime Minister has their own ideas, but the goal remains the same for the people and country.
6. GOAL
'1 Malaysia' aims to maintain and enhance the unity in diversity which has always been the strength of Malaysia and its people, and this advantage will be maintained as our best hope for any challenge.
'1 Malaysia' will also establish a government that prioritizes the achievement of the priority axis is reflected when people like the slogan YAB Dato' Sri Najib Tun Razak called 'Rakyat Didahukan, Pencapain Diutamakan'.
