1.Dine in / Reservation

You may walk in directly or call them for the table reservations
Reservation requires 1-day advance notice but subject to availability
Please provide your Name, Contact Number, and last 4 digits of the Tourplus Voucher Number when making the reservation.

2.Self pick-up or Delivery

The delivery arrangement has to be made with the restaurant during booking. Delivery charges have to be paid directly to the restaurant via online banking before any delivery made.
Book 3 hours advance for pre-order
Please provide your Name, Contact Number, Address, and last 4 digits of the Tourplus Voucher Number when making the delivery arrangement.
Upon confirmation of the delivery, the restaurant will confirm the approximate time of delivery.

Vouchers can only be redeemed once.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expired voucher cannot be redeemed or refunded.
Purchase of multiple products under one voucher must be redeemed together at the same time
Once the booking is confirmed, no cancellation or amendment can be made.
