While I was in Malaysia for a few months last year, I really took advantage of the smaller currency and indulged on all the good food. One of my favourites was definitely Japanese food. I am obsessed with sashimi, and here in Australia it’s considerably more expensive compared to the prices in Malaysia. So, I went on a bit of a Japanese food binge while I was there… no regrets, hehe.

Sushi Zanmai is located within Vivacity Megamall, one of the more popular shopping malls in Kuching, Sarawak. My sister and I enjoyed a truly delightful lunch while doing some window shopping. The mixed sashimi platter was absolutely delicious and rolls were well made and curry noodles were comforting. My favourite was the CHEESE GRILLED OYSTER. Oh. My! Definitely a must try.
