Chelsea and Sepi are so warm and friendly! They have the best quality products that are hard to find (biologique recherche) and hear amazing things about their services.

I went here for Emsculpt Neo planning to do the recommended 4 sessions. However, after the first session it became apparent that the staff was unfamiliar with the equipment as she was reading the manual. She also did not turn on the radio frequency heat (the fat burning component). I asked several times if this was turned on as I did not feel any heat and she said yes. I ended up going to a different place for the remaining sessions and it was very apparent the other medspa was familiar with the equipment and the heat was turned on. Sepi spa still charged me the full $1,000 despite providing emsculpt classic which is available for $375 at my normal medspa. Had I wanted emsculpt classic, I would not have selected Sepi spa. I highly recommend going to an alternative medspa.

So I have been going to Sepi Spa since 2019 and just now got around to typing a review! Where do I start? The front staff is great! Sepi is AMAZING and Jessica is so knowledge and sweet! I think of everyone like extended family rather than just "the staff at the spa i go to"! I have had many different treatments at Sepi Spa and have NEVER ever been disappointed! Every treatment is well worth the money spent! I have also purchased products recommended to me and again never disappointed! My 2 absolutely favorites treatments are dermalinfusion and Endymed although I get many other treatments! I have tried a couple other spas but there are no others that compare when you have someone so sweet and knowledgeable! I literally drive 45 minutes sometimes an hour just for Sepi and wouldn't have it any other way! If you want a spa with knowledge and great skin treatments this is the spa for you!!!

I love Sepi Spa! That's why I keep coming back. Sepi and everyone else who works there are so friendly and knowledgable. I've had a few different things done here; Dysport, Filler, and Endermologie. I've left very very happy with the results every time. It's almost time to come back and get more Dysport. I love that they keep expanding on their offerings. I'm interested in trying the new Emscuplt Neo. I will add to my review once I try it. Thanks Sepi!!

Maybe the worst customer service on planet earth, since approximately the beginning of time, give or take. What you can do is go in and ask for a BR moisturizer your facialist recommended- and then, they will give you a cleanser instead- but they will assure you around 20 times that it's a moisturizer. Because it's cheaper than you remember and you're new to this line, you'll ask 5 different questions to make sure- and 2 different people will tell you this is the right cream. So you'll buy it and you'll slap it on your skin for 2 weeks, until slowly but surely you realize something's off and read the label to realize- this is a cream cleanser you are meant to wipe off- and you've been damaging your skin. When you call to tell them what happened, while taking responsibility for your part in the debacle ( I know it's ultimately up to me to read what I put on my skin), you will ask if they could just put the return towards the actual product you originally wanted. Not only will they refuse- but they won't believe you and will insist it never happened, and they will also never apologize. This said- never been there for a facial- but my instinct would be yikes across the board.

Just check in today. The service is great, Sepi is very good, professional and experienced about facial and skin, the girl is very helpful too. Especially Jessica and Tim are very sweet and great customer service. Definitely come back and recommended!

I love Sepi so much. After many years of having "problem" skin I finally found a simple and stable skincare routine thanks to Sepi. Sepi's advice is honest and supportive so you're in good hands. Thank goodness for her I found my skin's best friend in a bottle - Biologique Recherche P50. This changed my life. I also love the other treatments like Endymed, Micro Needling and Dermal Infusion. The store also has an amazing selection of well curated items such as Santa Maria Novella, Maison Louis Marie and Dr Barbara Sturm. You have to try a treatment here!

There are many spas in LA on the west side, but only one Sepi. All the services are top rate, but the reason I come back, and have for years now, is because of the owner, Sepi. There is something so cool and lovely about her that my body always relaxes with the confidence that I'm in expert hands. It's a clean, quiet beautiful place and her boutique has the best selection of products...her skin care line includes luxury French.

I love that Sepi is so passionate about her work! I've experienced many spas that just want to shuffle clients in and out - not Sepi Spa. Every time I go Sepi is as friendly as can be and always has suggestions of things to do/try to improve my skin, the benefits of certain treatments, things to stay away from...all kinds of great stuff. I love the personal touch she gives.

Her new location is in a great spot. It's incredibly crisp and clean, and always smells soooo good!

I'm a huge fan of unique products, things you can't find everywhere. Sepi has a ton of lotions, candles, oils, etc from all over the world. Really cool stuff you can't find anywhere else.

Sepi was hidden away on a small side street for the longest time, and now she is on Montana, just opposite Sweet Lady Jane bakery.

She is the sweetest lady, and does everything from facials to waxing to dyeing brows ..... she really takes care of you, and takes the time to make sure you are looking the best when you leave.

Her salon is unassuming, smells sooooo good, and is spotlessly clean. Definitely worth giving her a try, you won't regret it.
