Nestum Chicken Boxing

Nestum Chicken Boxing

Ingredients:

8 chicken wings, used upper part only

Marinade:

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

2 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp plain flour

1 egg

5 tbsp nestum

2 cups deep-frying oil

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Cut chicken wings and form into boxing shape, combine chicken boxing with marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Coat chicken boxing with nestum and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and well cooked. Dish and drain. Serve.
