Ingredients:
1 no x 450g old cucumber (cut into pieces)
10 pcs chicken feet (trimmed)
10 nos red dates (pitted)
10g north & south almond
8g dried squid (cut into pieces)
1 tbsp wolfberry
2000ml water
Seasoning:
1 tsp salt
Preparation Instructions:
- Scald the chicken feet in boiling water, remove, rinse with cold water and drained.
- Bring 2000ml of water to a boil. Add in chicken feet, red dates, north & south almond and dried squids. Bring to a boil again, turn heat to low and continue to simmer for 1 ½ hour.
- Add in wolfberry and salt. Bring to a boil again. Turn off heat and cover for another 10 minutes.
- Dish out and serve hot.
