I spent three weeks bedazzling my BMW with Swarovski crystals by hand — people call it a road hazard but it’s my passion

Bling, bling.

A San Diego woman sped her way to internet stardom after alleging she spent three weeks bedazzling her BMW with thousands of tiny Swarovski crystals — all applied by hand.

Olga Azaroff posted a video on TikTok @crystals.motors, detailing the self-described painstaking efforts made in implementing the eye-popping aftermarket upgrade.

The clip snagged her a whopping 15 million views in just 3 days, along with countless shocked reactions.

”Long, long days. One by one! Do you have so much patience?” the California girl wondered aloud in the caption of the viral reveal.

Azaroff assured viewers that she spent countless hours working on the project, applying the crystals “one by one” — a labor of love that required a lot of “patience.”

Calling herself a “skilled crystal artist,” Azaroff claims to be partner with her friend Sasha Socko in a new business called Crystals Motors, “specializing in dazzling crystal car wraps.”

“We transformed Crystals Motors into a symbol of innovation, where the roar of engines harmonized with the sparkle of meticulously arranged crystals, captivating the hearts of car enthusiasts worldwide,” a company mission statement said.

Captivating hearts, but also leaving the same enthusiasts with a lot of questions.

Some wanted to know why a “diamond wrap” hadn’t been used, which would have achieved the same effect without all the work.

The finished product left viewers with a lot of questions — and countless comments.

”Unfortunately, it’s almost impossible, because you can’t apply vinyl with crystals on the car, it will peel off,” the sparkle queen replied.

Others were curious — how do you wash a car like that? Apparently, with a makeup brush.

As Azaroff cheerfully demonstrated, she dips a brush into a bowl full of soap and water, then going over the car gently in circles.

While some were drawn to the car — which appeared to be for sale as of a week ago — many were clearly not fans of the extreme makeover.

”Is it a driving hazard? Serious question considering the sun,” one TikToker asked.

“The definition of work harder not smarter,” another snarked.

“As soon as the sun hits it, everyone both inside, and outside of the car is blind,” one warned.

”My wife had a bedazzled steering wheel cover, whenever the sun hit it, I went blind,” a commenter confirmed

”I hated it and ripped it off. This is impractical and dangerous,” they continued.

”All I see is an expensive ticket,” a user joked.

Another applauded Azaroff for her patience, admitting: ”I’d lose my mind within 5 minutes.”

The crystal car appears as growing numbers of drivers are seeking to personalize their cars, through outrageous custom license plates, ostentatious seasonal decorations and interiors redesigned for sleeping and living.
