In order to cook Lemang, the main ingredients all you need are stated below:

Ingredients:

One kilogram sticky rice.
One liter coconut milk.
One tea spon soft salt.
One banana stalk and Leave.
Two bamboo reed (make sure to clean the inside of the reed bamboo).

Directions:

Soak the sticky rice for about 3 to 4 hours. Then wash and drain them.
Next add coconut milk and salt into the washed sticky rice.
Set up the bamboo reed which its inside has been washed or cleaned and cover the inside of the bamboo by banana leave.
Then pour the the combination of sticky rice and coconut milk into the bambo, then close the top of the bamboo by banana leaves.
