Back in those days when blogging was all the rage for teenagers at the moment, Hanis Zalikha (whom fans call Keknis) amassed a huge following during her university days through her blog inibelogsaya.blogspot.com. Hanis Zalikha binti Zainal Rashid, born in 9 October 1990. She is a blogger, model, actress and lawyer from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She has also been nominated for the Most Influential Blog Award in 2011. She participated in an online reality television competition, Malaysian Dreamgirl in 2008 and became the second runner up in the competition. Additionally, she was ranked in the top ten in Google Zeitgeist 2011 search. Keknis graduated with a diploma in Business Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Segamat, Johor. She successfully won the Vice Chancellor Award with a CGPA of 3.9 and this indicates people out there she is not just a pretty young woman but actually ‘beauty with brain’.
An Understanding Wife & A Lovely Mother
On 8 June 2015, she married with a Malaysian actor, Hairul Azreen bin Idris and has been blessed with an adorable and intelligent child, Yusuf Iskandar. There is one memorable moment before they are called a married couple, all their fans and public were shocked by Hairul’s boldness action, he proposed his girlfriend, Keknis during the final concert of Gegar Vaganza which was broadcast live on the Astro channel. The gimmick is getting mixed reactions from the public even considers its action Hairul azreen as a man enough for daring to express their feelings in front of a crowd.
The relationship between couples before and after marriage often change drastically because of responsibilities undertaken by them. This load increases even more after couples start having children and more commitments. Well, Keknis does not have problem with this and often lets her husband to go off for his fishing trips, which often last a few days and people just cannot fathom how she does it. So, since she has had millions follwers on instragram, they have been asking her about that.
“I get this question a lot – husband and hobby.”
“This isn’t advice, but merely me sharing my experience. Even when my husband and I were friends, I’ve always supported and even joined in on his hobbies and interests.”
Ultimately, Hanis highly encourages women to let their husbands keep their hobbies.
“You really do not want to take that away from him. The passion, the drive and the happiness from doing the things he loves is what makes him the person you admire in the first place.”

The latest to jump on the bandwagon is Yusuf who has his own reality TV show on Astro titled My Little Heroes — Yusuf And Bujibu where he will star alongside the cat. The duo have been inseparable since Yusuf’s birth, and are well-known for their adorable antics which are often posted on their social media accounts. Both Hanis and Hairul will also appear in the show to share parenting tips and stories of their experiences as first-time parents. But Hanis is also aware that exposing her family on the reality show will also elicit criticism from viewers.
“I’m prepared for that. Hairul and I are aware of it occurring before we agreed to be involved with the show. People will always have something to say, whether good or bad, like how we raise our child, for example. However, as celebrities, we have to remind ourselves not to be overly sensitive and accept criticism.” she said.
Raising Yusuf with no helper is certainly a challenge for both Hanis and Hairul.
