Is there a special diet to follow when taking Dr. Tobias Colon 14 Day Cleanse?

It is beneficial to eat fiber rich food like fresh fruit, vegetables and leafy greens during your cleanse. Sufficient water intake is also important to help process and move excess waste from the colon. We recommend at least 80+ oz of water per day.

Must the capsules be taken at night or can they be taken during the day?

Take your cleanse before bed. Your body goes into a natural state of restoration while you sleep. By taking the cleanse and going to bed at the same time nightly you help align your bowel movements with natural circadian rhythms.

Can I take Dr. Tobias Colon Cleanse longer than 14 days?

Most customers feel their cleanse is complete between 7 and 14 days. If you have remaining capsules after completion of the cleanse, you may save them for a future cleanse. It is recommended to wait 6-8 weeks between cleanses.

When will I notice the results?

For some, it takes a few days for the cleansing to take effect, for others, it happens right away. Often, 1 nightly capsule is enough! Listen to your body, drink plenty of water and try to incorporate daily exercise to make the most of your cleanse.

I don't normally write reviews, but this one needs one! Before my husband, I was 139lbs, but gained "healthy relationship weight" over the last few months. I've been struggling with getting below 150lbs, even with working out and a clean diet. So I thought maybe a gut cleanse would help!First off, I started this on Wednesday (Feb 14th, 2024) with 1 pill before bed. That next morning, I was running to the bathroom like I was going to explode! It lasted off and on for a couple of hours, but wasn't too bad. It settled as the day went on.The next morning I was up at 3:45am hitting the bathroom. However, I was going back and forth for an hour straight. Not going to lie, I was miserable! Stomach was cramping and it felt like I was getting punched in the gut.This morning, I was back to 5am and it seemed to balance out a little bit and wasn't as bad.But here's the thing, I went from 150.2lbs on the 14th, to 147.4lbs on the 17th! And I've missed a couple days at the gym and haven't been super clean eating either!Food intake:14th - Steak, potatoes and salad15th - Oatmeal, 2 slices of pizza, wings from Wing Stop and a zero sugar coke16th - eggs and bacon, left over steak and potatoes, and 2 slices of pizzaNormally, we don't eat this way, but it's been a crazy week at work, so the diet has suffered.But I'm still losing weight, even with the above food intake! Which is crazy to me!Next week, we're getting back to eating better and back at the gym, so I can't even imagine what the scale is going to say when this is all said and done! I'm actually looking forward to bumping up to 2 pills on day 5.If you're able to be by the bathroom the first couple of days, I'd say give this a shot!I gave it 4 stars because the 2nd day was super rough...but maybe that's a good sign🤷‍♀️

I never thought I would be anxious to write a colon cleanse review, but here we are! I wish I would have discovered this so many years ago! I thought for years that I was stuck with my pooch of a belly. I've tried targeted exercises and diets and what not, but THIS amazing cleanse is the thing that finally worked!!!! It started helping a day or two in with my normal bowel movements. But when we hit week 3....OMG I was shocked at how much could come out of there!!! I literally lost weight in a matter of minutes! I stood up after my battle with the potty and my pooch was GONE! Seriously GONE!! I cannot recommend this enough! I actually use it still every couple days to hopefully keep me cleansed out. Not sure that's recommended but it helps so much!

UPDATES: 3/27/22 - I took 2 pills trying to expedite the process. That was a VERY poor decision. I was in excruciating pain. NEVER again. I’ll continue with 1 pill daily until goal met.

3/19/2022 - Well I decided to take these again because I have some stubborn pounds I’ve been unable to lose since my gluttonous birthday and the holiday season. I am having a very different experience this round 1. I know to drink 24 oz water as soon as I wake up, 2. as soon as I feel the painful gripping I start guzzling water; and 3. I am already eating healthier, and small meals frequently throughout the day hence less of a build up for this medicine to work through.

Day 1 (taking 1 pill with 12 oz of water the night before) - Painful, shorter bouts throughout the day that I could manage. Surprisingly I lost 2lbs.

Day 2 (taking 1 pill w 12 oz of water the night before) - Painful, shorter bouts throughout the day that I could manage. I actually lost 2 more pounds. (Yes I kept weighing myself not believing it 😂).

Day 3/Today (taking 1 pill w 12 oz of water the night before) - Nothing. Zero gripping and urge to go to the restroom. When I did go, I could tell there was an effect but that’s it. Very interesting.

I need to lose 5 more lbs. to get back to my proper BMI. I’ll continue for 5 more days or until 5 lbs. lost, whichever comes first.

Oh and as expected, my sweet cravings, poor food choice cravings are gone.

(And yes I know - Sadly I purchased this bottle same time last year, which means I need to cease with the gluttony season because the weight isn’t coming off as years past. I don’t want to get stuck with the weight as I know can happen.)

3/12/2021 - Well it is effective, like so many have already shared. I took it because I had gain a lot weight and become blatantly glutinous with this pandemic lifestyle.

For me, this is what I found:

1. If I could be home all day, I’d drink 48oz of water as soon as I woke up - It’d prevent the gripping and I’d go to the bathroom comfortably and conveniently throughout the day.

2. If I wasn’t staying home all day, as soon as I woke up I’d drink about 8 oz and let it take it’s painful but quicker course. I’d be free and clear the rest of the day. But warning - It is VERY painful. I had experienced this type of pain before (sadly almost every month) so I knew I wouldn’t die, I had to just breath through it LOL

I did well significantly reducing my food portions, avoiding sweets and fatty foods. However I wasn’t able to exercise daily nor eat mostly fruit and vegetables like I was supposed to, as advised.

And because of time constraints not conducive to detoxing, I was only able to take it for 9 days which is why I took 2 pills per day for all 9 days.

Despite what I couldn’t or didn’t do, I was very fortunate to lose 7 lbs in 9 days.

I am very pleased. But don’t ever want to do this again LOL

I’m sensitive to a lot of supplements so I took 1 pill not 2. It definitely works, but set aside at least 1 extra hour of your morning after you take this the night before, cuz you’re gonna need it. Don’t drive yet! I had 4 back to back bowel movements every 30 minutes are so. The cramps were pretty intense. I made the mistake of taking one pill in the daytime, and I ate 3 hours later. Bad idea. Your body is going to purge itself so that’s why you have to take it at night, away from food. Start out with one pill, 2 would probably have killed me lol

This is my first time trying this product. I have been bloated and very blocked up and my normal product was out of stock so I figured I would try this.

I took the recommended dosage one night, and I woke up at 3 o’clock the next morning, and I had a little bit of abdominal cramping and lots of movement in my abdomen. This product was so effective that I could not even make it out of my bedroom to the bathroom and subsequently ended up pooping on my floor and now I have to replace my carpet.

Definitely will recommend the product for what it is but I would start off a half dose, unless you would like to be replacing your carpet.
