I made this cake for my son's 3rd Birthday. It was a simple Golden Buttercake recipe, made in two sized round tins. I used coloured ready rolled icing to cover the entire cake and decorated the cake with figurines and the Wiggles car on top which my son got to keep afterwards - best part of the cake by far according to him! This was a bit fiddly but still quite an easy to do cake.
