Combine potatoes, Parmesan, oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in a large bowl; toss to coat well. Working in batches, if needed, arrange the potato wedges in an even layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes. Flip the wedges; cook until browned and tender, 8 to 10 minutes more. Repeat the process, if needed, with the remaining wedges.
