Once again, absolutely perfect! The seal was broken on one iPod but it still appeared new and works perfect! I have purchased 4 of these from this seller and I had an issue with a swollen battery in one due to age (I understand they are new old stock) and to my surprise the seller sent a return label to exchange it! This is without a doubt a perfect purchase! You literally get what you see; a brand spanking new iPod Touch fresh out the box sealed in the case with all of the original contents! And on top of that it's a genuine authentic *US* model at that, not some Japanese or Chinese model which there seem to be a lot of on the market. All you have to do is plug in the charger and it's in perfect working condition! Not sure if the seller answers messages so hopefully this review helps whoever needs it!

Absolutely outstanding item - far better than advertised! Prompt shipping, on-time delivery. Only issue is that packaging was just a padded envelope, not a box, so it was probably lucky to arrive undamaged (FedEx did a phenomenal job handling the package). Communications was excellent and seller very friendly - definitely recommended.
