Then I will get down to work on the order and do my best to meet all your wishes. Once the order is ready, I will notify you about that and will make a reserved listing for it.

Customized products are to be purchased within two weeks after being listed (unless we have agreed on a set date). When two weeks (or the agreed set date) are up, the order will lose its status “Reserved” and will become a regular item available for everyone.

Actual colours may slightly vary. This is due to the fact that every computer, monitor, laptop, tablet or phone screen has a different capability to display colours, and that everyone sees colours differently.

I do my best to ensure my photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand I cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

Some of my items are ready to ship, whereas others are made to order, but Etsy made sellers denote the quantity of at least 1 for each listing in the shop, hence the confusion. For convenience sake, I mark all my items with either “Ready to Ship” or “Made to Order” note, so please read the item description. Thank you!

The average turnaround time for made-to-order items differs from one item to another. Each article takes hours of handwork, and depending on its size and complexity, the processing time can range from just one day (e.g. for brooches) up to six weeks (e.g. for large costumed animals), so please remember to check the estimated shipping date. Yes — I do have combined shipping for all items in the shop. Shipping costs for each additional item are usually 10–15% of its primary shipping cost (the cost of shipping the item alone). Just put all items in your cart first, then proceed to checkout.
