The blood orange is a bit overwhelming of the top and the dry down is not my favorite. Comes across cloying to me and to other people that smelled it. Overall a nice scent but I personally don't spray on too much. Not the best boss bottled in my opinion.

Boss Bottled United is very nice. One of the best bosses i smelled. May be EDP is better for longevity. LOVE IT!!!

Smells VERY similar to Boss Bottled Unlimited

While United eventually dries down to some semblance of the original Boss Bottled, it's mostly a generic, aromatic mess. They've taken what is good about Bottled and swapped it for bland, designer freshness. It smells like a poor man's YSL Y Parfum, with the same plastic, rubbery smell I get from that. Nothing unique, nothing well done, with bang average performance to match. Another addition to the long list of Bottled flankers that should never have been made.

Ladies love this scent for some reason...I wear it mostly in the gym and at work where i move around a lot in a small space. Citrusy and minty in the opening, so much so I sometimes get a strong tingling sensation that borders on pain when i wear it. It will definitely get your crush to linger around a while longer but would i buy it again? No, think I will be trying something new as it is very basic and gets tired fast.

Hugo Boss Bottled United - it´s a minty, fresh basic, nothing special.

Count on a successful combination of citrus and green notes that evoke the fresh air on the football field, together with the warm woody accords of a modern metropolis. The blood orange at the beginning of the fragrance immediately pumps you up with optimism and endless energy, and the aromatic mint refreshes before the onset of sensually deep woods in the base of the fragrance. BOSS Bottled United unites the seemingly incompatible and offers you a unique chance to show your team spirit.

Nothing Special .... Just simple Fruity Woody Citrus Fragrance .... Boring

Bdeville

Hated the silver bottle. Same as others, the resemblance with the original fragrance is so far away that in not sure if this one should be called a bottled. Also so many flankers of bottles may contribute to this one in particular be unnoticed.

I find it very pleasing and fresh, nothing complex. A little sweet for me but nothing i wouldnt wear. Would not pay a retail price for this by any means.

Do not wear this in the winter!!! Unless you wanna smell like dry mint gum. In the summer with bodyheat it opens up and you get some watery gummy fruit sweetness very pleasant. Longevity is OK and good projection with some heat

Can't get on top of this one. Might be the first bottle I go through without understanding if this is a good one or not. It smells like basic blue shower gel. Nothing expensive. I would be disappointed to pay anywhere near full price. For 20 euros it was ok. It is a disservice for all my other fragrances that I wear this so much to understand what I bought 😃 Anyways I will be sticking to this.
For it to be Boss fragrance, I am disappointed. Bottle is gorgeous and you would expect luxury. The scent is minty and green. A bit first instinct meets bubblegum type. After testing Bottled Unlimited I can tell that scent is more potent version of this. Both of them has very short life span.
At the beginning I could not detect the blood orange, but one warmer day it hit my nose for my delight. It is definitely there but hidden under all the greenness. In the summer the sweetness comes out more prominently. I found this to be best suited in windy cool summer days. It compliments the smell of freshly cut lawn. It is something that can be sprayed for running errands. I am going to use it in weekend mornings after shower next to my 4711 cologne and Eau de Sauvage cologne. For that, it works fine!

I Just Tried This And I Gotta Say... It Was Aromatic, Fresh And Something I Would Purchase!

Another great fragrance from Hugo Boss! Hugo Boss is simply the best when it comes to male scents!
On my husband's skin it is minty, fresh, but not summery. can be worn year round and at night too. It's more mature than similar colognes like Le Male. It has that Boss DNA that i really like. it is one of my favorite male fragrances.
I recommend it to a self-confident, calm, elegant but casual gentleman.
Projection is arm's lenght.

The very first thing that came to my mind when trying this: Grapefruit.
This scent starts off very fresh and citrus-y and basically stays that way the entire time. While at first it's still very fresh, it later comes down to this toned down, slightly sweet, fresh and citrus-y scent. The citrus dominates here and for some strange reason I don't get anything mint related at all. That's a good thing because I don't like that in a perfume at all. It's certainly a summer scent and if you like fresh, fruity scents I think it's a safe blind buy. It's light, not offensive at all and just a happy scent!
I do enjoy this and I was thinking about getting a full bottle, however the performance lacks.. again. I really like boss and it gets a lot of hate, which I understand. Still, I stand by it and support this house. I give it a new chance with every release and while the scent usually doesn't disappoint me, it's the performance that does. You just simply cannot sell 50mls for 70 Euros and make it last less than 2 hours on a good day. This was not the first time and I'm getting really fed up with this. I know, bottles are getting cheaper a few weeks after their releases but then again.. guess why! Nobody wants a scent that's gone after leaving the house.
I like boss. I probably always will. I like almost every scent, I like their bottles and their prices. But the longevity is absolutely ridiculous, which made me buy much less (and also sell much more from my collection) over the past year or so. Boss United, Absolute, Infinite and the absolute worst in terms of performance.. Tonic.. are just unacceptable in this huge fragrance market. And you can certainly see that. They're always on sale, you'll never find a "full" collection of Boss frags anywhere and they try everything to somehow sell this stuff. Please, do something about this! This is not the house I once used to know and love.

Boss Bottled United opens up very fresh and 'crispy cool' thanks to a fantastic Mint & Sandalwood & Ozonic accord that prevents the Blood Orange from being too sharp.

Bottled United would make a great spring/summer fragrance and I prefer this to the original - which didn't really work with my skin chemistry - if you find this on sale don't hesitate to blind buy.

I found the opening of this one incredibly bright and refreshing, a seriously minty cool blast fighting it out with a tangy blood orange. I'm surprised cinnamon isn't listed, I definitely get that kind of smell at some point in the middle of the scent's duration. It smells familiar, perhaps reminding me of a deodorant spray I used/smelled in the past.

Overall I'm not sure if I like it enough to buy it, would need further testing but it's honestly quite low on my list right now, I tried it on a whim as I usually give this brand a wide berth, this one isn't too bad to be fair to HB, worth checking out as it seems a bit different to many other recent designer freshies.

The scent is heavily dominated by the orange, which is okay: as far as orange goes it's a pretty good one though a little artificial. I prefer the more subtle notes like the minty apple buried within that occasionally leech out. I certainly prefer the original. 3.5/5

United is basically a fresh woody aromatic. Had this been released in 2006, I suspect there would have been more hype about it. However, as it smells very 2006 and is from Hugo Boss, no one cared.

The top is a very nice orange accord. Quite zesty and juicy. Very fresh and invigorating.

Then a very persistant mint note appears. It's not mint like in a mojito, it's rather more like the synthetic mint found in spearmint bubblegum.

After a while this orange-mint accord dries down on top of a vetiver-patchouli base. Ambroxan isn't listed in this one, but I certainly get something very similar to it.

It's of course a bit synthetic, but in this case I don't hold it against it. It has a vague similarity to Bleu De Chanel. There is that feel of juicy fruit on top of ambroxan, and it just works. It smells fresh, mature and understated.

Is it a bad idea calling this Boss Bottled? Yes. Apart from sharing the same bottle, there is little resemblance between them.

Is it a bad scent? Not at all. It won't win awards for being distinctive, but if you are looking for something nice in the vein of Bleu De Chanel, give this one a try.

Longevity is average - 5-6 hours.

I think maybe I could relax a bit more about mint in perfumes. I sprayed this on a card, found I was liking it rather a lot ... then read that there's mint in it ... and suddenly recoiled in horror! And that's a bit silly really - the mint in this is nothing like that of the mint-supercharged nicotine chewing-gum that gave me such a hatred of it and is undoubtedly designed to pitch the victim back into smoking again so they come back to it again, and again, and ... (oh dear! have I said something bad about the pharmaceutical companies!?)

No the mint in this is more like that of the broken leaves of an actual mint plant. And it's not the most prominent note either, to my sense anyway - the first note I picked-up on was the orange. Or rather, really, it was the second - the first was the trademark Boss woody musk. Yes, this is rather generic, as Boss fragrances do tend to be. But it does have considerable distinction; and anyway, I do rather like the trademark Boss woody musk.

And I get that ozonic note too, which I'm well into! And combining ozonic with buchu is actually quite a daring move.

Tazahr

Fresh orange aquatic scent.

Similar to the 2000's watery freshies that last for 2 hours such as lacoste essential. But boss united longevity though is very solid due to the use of amberwood. The opening is pleasant fresh but unfortunately the long lasting drydown / skinscent is harsh and overly synthetic.

the blood orange note is very dominant and refreshing but it is totally an outdated composition and unnecessary release from Boss.

Any body have a bottle they would like to sell? In California!! Thanks PayPal is what I would go for!

Well I am impressed. The notes are different, it is a safe buy if you don't know what to get and you want something easy to wear no matter what season or time of the day. The performance is decent, it goes from citrus-fresh to woody after a few minutes and I enjoy every phase of it.

Great idea, good values and good add. 10/10

mikiud

another joke....it's useless to spend money for something that doesnt last more than 2 hours...period

I agree with doriandinu ...

The commercial is good but the performances of this ...

doriandinu

I ussually don't do bad comments but this one got my nerves up!
Listen BOSS: for 100$/100ml (the price in Douglas store) MAKE A GOD DAMN JUICE THAT LASTS AT LEAST 6-7 H,OR REDUCE IT'S PRICE TO 15-20$ IF IT STAYS IN THIS FORM!!!!! THIS IS A JOKE IN LONGEVITY AND PROJECTION!
