From on-air moments on Live With Kelly and Mark to walking the red carpet for Hollywood's biggest night, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are definitely one of the entertainment industry's most prominent pairings.

The married couple of 27 years were on hand to celebrate the 2024 Oscars, and in anticipation for Live's morning after show on March 11, Kelly and Mark decided to make work into a fancy date night. Ahead of going backstage and interviewing the ceremony's winners, the twosome walked the red carpet as attendees.

In place of their usual morning show attire, the All My Children alum and Riverdale star glammed things up with outfits worthy of receiving their own trophies. Kelly dazzled in a black Jason Wu gown with a sweetheart neckline, a sheer lacy overlay and a train attached at the waist. She wore her blonde hair in her signature loose curls, and donned smoky gold eye makeup to complement the look. For Mark's part, he matched his wife's fabulous moment by wearing a sleek black tuxedo with a white shirt and black bowtie. The two looked suitably elegant for the star-studded night, and Kelly let everyone know she and Mark were ready to enjoy themselves at the show.

"Mom and dad storming the red carpet," she captioned a behind-the-scenes Instagram post on March 10.

Naturally, seeing the longtime couple cozy up at the Oscars had fans screaming online. "Best looking couple award!!!! 🏆," one person exclaimed. "Beautiful! Such a stunning couple!! You look like Oscar winners!! 🔥🙌🙌🔥🏆," another penned. "And the Oscar for Most Beautiful couple goes to … Kelly and Mark!" a different follower added.

While Kelly was excited to have an upscale night out with her husband, Mark was equally excited to spend quality time with his wife. Posting his own Instagram of the two on the red carpet, he was thrilled to carry on their tradition of going to the Oscars.

"Date night with my fav @kellyripa," he affectionately wrote.

If Kelly and Mark's excitement on social media proves anything, it's that the duo love an opportunity to get all dressed up ... even when they have to get up for work extra early the next morning.

"We've got like a 4 AM walk through and then we're live at 6 AM," Kelly told Entertainment Tonight about their Live post-Oscars taping. "Yeah it's a good time ... and they took an hour away from us [with daylight savings time]."
