This books was full of useful information for anyone wanting to start a workout routine and get fit. The exercises were described well and the pictures were a help. The food plan was easy to follow with food that you would have on hand with great recipe links. I will be trying some of those for sure.

Great Value for Money...

Why buy 3 books separately when you can get all of the information in one place...for a cheaper price?

A very helpful collection of books that have helped me pick up motivation, determination and information to reach my goal of a good body. Lots of motivational tips, diet advice and extras that I suggest you should all check out. Plus, I can do all of the workouts at home for the cost of...nothing :)

This is a book that contains THREE BOOKS, for the price of one.

The three books are workout manuals that take you from a beginner stage to an advanced stage of fitness. I recommend this to those looking to get into great shape by working out at home without equipment

Andrew has delivered a great workout manual that will take you from fat to fit, he sticks to his words and provides many home circuit workouts that contain just no-equipment exercises from a beginner stage to an advanced stage.
