Rosewood Miramar Beach, the Forbes Five-Star resort located on an exclusive oceanfront stretch in Montecito, CA, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hansen Lee as the Resort's Executive Chef. In his new role, Hansen will oversee culinary operations for Rosewood Miramar Beach's AMA Sushi, The Revere Room, Miramar Beach Bar, The Scoop Shop, In-Room Dining and all banquet functions. The Resort's flagship restaurant, the Michelin-Awarded One Star and Green Star recipient Caruso's will remain under the helm of Massimo Falsini who has moved into a Chef Partner role with The Caruso Group.

Hansen brings more than 20 years of fine dining expertise at renowned luxury properties to his new role at Rosewood Miramar Beach with senior positions at The Langham Huntington Hotel and Spa, Monarch Beach Resort, Lido House Newport Beach Autograph Collection and most recently at The NoMad Hotel Las Vegas MGM.
