Many people were shocked recently when Lee Seung Gi abruptly removed everything from his personal Instagram account. On his account, Lee Seung Gi had been regularly interacting with his followers, keeping them informed about his charitable contributions, his marriage to Lee Da In, and his entertainment endeavours. When Lee Seung-gi abruptly removed all of his posts, many of his followers were confused and wondered what was going on. Some even wondered whether his account was hacked.

Lee Seung-gi's management company, Human Made, informed supporters following rumours that he might have been hacked by stating, "It is true that Lee Seung Gi had erased all of the [Instagram] posts himself. He was not hacked, and he suffered no consequences; it was merely done as a renewal."
