Even if you don’t know her by name, you know Dani Michelle's work. The celebrity stylist — whose A-list roster includes consummate cool girls like Hailey Beiber, Kendall Jenner, and Elsa Hosk — is responsible for many of this year’s best celebrity fashion trends. Remember this summer's viral strawberry girl style moment? That was Michelle. Kendall Jenner's pivot to quiet luxury? Also Michelle.

Last year, she decided to turn her keen eye from spotting (and styling) It girl fashion trends to creating them. Thus, MÉGA, Michelle's new line of bold, investment-worthy jewelry, was born. "I really wanted to create something that just felt elevated and chic and timeless, but really cool girl that you can stack together and wear holistically," she tells InStyle.

Launching Friday, November 17, the collection is designed with layering in mind, which also happens to be Michelle’s favorite way to wear jewelry. The resulting assortment, which includes pieces like architectural donut rings that beg to be stacked and chunky bracelets to add texture, exudes timeless cool. Thanks to Michelle's mix-and-match ethos, the designs are also uniquely adaptable to trends. "As a stylist, my job is to take textures, tones, and different weights and to find that balance that makes it pleasurable to the eye," Michelle, who's a mixed metal enthusiast herself, explains.

Michelle isn't one to stick to a few dainty chains or simple bands. MÉGA jewelry is as major as the name implies. “I’ve been wearing jewelry to an excess point for a really, really long time," she explains. "[I wear] something like 16 rings and all of these bracelets and earrings, and I never take my jewelry off. I sleep in it. I live in it.”

MÉGA embodies the same effortless ease — think Hailey Bieber's modern minimalism or Kendall's sporty off-duty style — Michelle is known for. These super-stacks of jewelry ensure you'll deliver a bold fashion statement even if the clothes you're wearing are serving more normcore than extreme maximalism.

For proof, you need only look at the images in MÉGA's launch campaign, styled, of course, by Michelle herself. High-waisted trousers and a simple black bra pair perfectly with looping layers of MÉGA necklaces and eye-catching earrings. "Everyone was kind of waiting," Michelle says of creating the look. "They were like, 'What's next? What layer?' And I was like, 'Watch.' We put all the jewelry on, and then it was so strong. When you have great jewelry, your clothes can do less work."

As for why she chose jewelry and not, say, a collaborative line with a major fashion house, Michelle is as business-savvy as she is creative. "Fashion is forever changing. What's new fades so quickly, but we love jewelry as much as we did the first day [we wore it]. There's a personal sentiment, and it's something that you never take off. We don't have that with clothing."

The celebrity stylist also worked hard to provide quality at a price that wasn't prohibitively expensive. She doesn't want anyone to be excluded from leveling up their accessories game. Available in sterling silver, plated gold, and, for a few special pieces, solid gold, MÉGA ranges in price from $22 - $220, so you can mix, match, splurge, or save. "I think you splurge on rings," Michelle advises. "We're really hard on our hands. The plated avenue works really well for earrings, necklaces, and bracelets which have [less regular wear] and interaction."

If her wild success as a stylist is an indication, MÉGA Jewelry's gold and silver pieces are likely to go platinum. Check out some of our favorite MÉGA pieces below and explore the full collection before they're snapped up and added to capsule jewelry collections everywhere.
