BETUL KE SETIAP BUTTER RASA LAIN ? 🤯

YES ! You’ve read that right. Each butter rasa dia lain even they are all butter but when kita guna for different types of pastry, rasa and texture pun akan berubah ikut quality butter. So jom today i share butter yang i dah pernah guna masa baking and what ive used the butter for. Hope you guys dapat something from my post hehe 🥰

P/s : my personal opinion :-

1. Each butter i guna and baked ive tasted and i kasi the taste difference based on my personal taste and opinion.

2. Pakai butter murah doesn’t mean you’re not producing a good pastry. Remember, a good technique and reacipe are more important then only slowly you can improve the quality.

3. When i said both serves the same taste, yes but not 100% accurate. But paling obvious for me i pernah bake cake pakai marjerin i kurang suka rasa dia jadi pelik 😭😭
