EASY RECIPE: BEGEDIL 🥔
This is my favourite food and kinda nostalgic for me because this is my daily side dish during my college years. I still remember how big it was and it cost me only 1 buck!
Things you need to do this recipe:
1. Potato - 3 medium size
2. Minced chicken/beef - 150 gram
3. Garlic - 2 cloves
4. Onion - 1 small size
5. Egg - 1
How?
1. Boil the potato (cut diced) - separate it
2. Heat the oil, cook the minced chicken/beef
3. Put in the garlic and onion (thin slices) and season it with salt & pepper - cook
4. Mash the boiled potato, then, put in the ingredients number 2 & 3 and mix them
5. Make it round or whatever shape you like, put it in fridge for 30 - 60 minutes
6. After you take out the begedil from fridge, coat it with egg and deep fry it in hot oil — slow cook!
7. Then, you are ready to be served!
With this recipe, I can approximately do about 13 to 14 cute size of begedil. I like my begedil to be soft inside and crispy on the outside. You?
