From falling face first into a water fountain to dancing naked at parties and even crashing golf carts, the 211 videos and counting are enough to put you off alcohol for quite a while.
The account posts hilarious clips - including a whole lot of sick - to over half a million followers.
These include one worse for wear man for whom even using a vending machine was too much of a mountain to climb.
The hilarious footage shows the American trying and failing to put his card into the machine as he repeatedly loses his balance.
After falling over and ending up further down the corridor, he can be heard saying "Gatorade" and muttering "E1" - the location of his chocolate treat.
Another drunk man was caught on camera at a pool party attempting to throw his brave girlfriend into the water.
But he doesn't quite manage it, and she instead lands with her bum on the pavement in what must have hurt a whole lot.
And the Instagram account also sums up the swaggering bravado that a lot of us adopt after a few too many drinks.
One wasted golfer tries to launch his buggy over a flowerbed but crashes into a fence, causing him to fall out and his clubs to go flying everywhere.
Another steadies himself to do an ill advised backflip off a rooftop but loses his footing and falls into a crowd of onlookers.
And a drunk man who is filmed attempting to use an Underground escalator might stick to the stairs in future. After getting frustrated while trying to walk down an up escalator, he launches himself onto the partition to try and slide down towards his destination.
But he ends up crashing into some signs before falling head first onto the floor below - and quite possibly breaking his leg in the process.
However it's not all doom and gloom. A tamer clip shows a man take a beer pong shot - while holding a baby.
Captioned 'Multitasking', it shows him give the adorable boy a kiss on the forehead before successfully winning his point.
