Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller claims the actor intentionally tried to cheat her out of his megabucks payments for “Two and a Half Men.”
In a new court filing obtained by the Daily News, Mueller said Sheen enjoyed a guaranteed revenue stream of $613,421 per month from his profit participation in the hit CBS sitcom but elected to cash it in for a lump sum payment of $26.75 million last October.
She said he did this to drastically reduce his monthly income “in an attempt to circumvent the child support orders” governing their twin sons Bob and Max.

Mueller successfully convinced the court to freeze some of Sheen’s assets earlier this month, claiming he was $88,000 in arrears on his child support payments for March and April.
Sheen filed his own court documents Monday saying he wants the levy lifted until the court can hear his request to modify his $55,000-per-month payment to Mueller.
A lawyer for Sheen claimed the once high-flying star now earns an average of $87,384 per month.
“It is grossly unjust to require petitioner to continue to pay child support at the current level, which is nearly 63% of his gross income,” the lawyer said.
A hearing on Sheen’s request to modify his payments has been set for June 20.
