How to make Bubur Pulut Durian

Ingredients

Durian beresta seeds from 3 durian fruit


1.2 L coconut milk
4 lb. pandan leaves
200 grams of brown sugar according to the taste of sugar sand
300 ml of air to boil brown sugar
250 gr sticky rice
4 tbsp santal thick to taste Salt
How to make

1. Boil the water, then add the brown sugar that has been chopped roughly. After the
brown sugar has dissolved, strain, set aside
2. Cook the coconut milk, put the durian meat along with the seeds which have been
kneaded so that the meat separates from the seeds (the hand is put in plastic)
3. Add 2 cups of pandan leaves, add liquid brown sugar, give white sugar to taste, add a
little salt
4. Keep stirring until boiling, cook until thickened, set aside
5. For pulses, soak sticky rice for about 1 hour
6. Cook glutinous rice with water as high as 1 finger width from the surface of the rice,
add 4sdm thick coconut milk, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 pieces of pandan leaves. After the
water runs out, move the steaming and steaming until cooked about 30 minutes
7. Serve pulut on a plate then flush with durian sauce
