During a pre-finale gym session Hannah dropped a weight on her foot when a guy asked for her phone number. 03 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Irene Alvarado Age: 26 Start Weight: 255 pounds End Weight: 139 pounds Total Weight Loss: 116 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 45.49% America voted to keep Irene Alvaro in the running for the title of the "Biggest Loser" over Jay—and rightfully so. Sarah's done much more than learn to walk again. There's nothing she can't do! 07 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Austin Andrews Age: 21 Start Weight: 396 pounds End Weight: 222 pounds Total Weight Loss: 174 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 43.94% At the age of 21, youngest contestant Austin Andrews stepped onto The Biggest Loser scale with confidence, but he was shocked when he took the lead for the at-home challenge saying, "oh my gosh, this is crazy!" 08 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Ken Andrews Age: 49 Start Weight: 377 pounds End Weight: 219 pounds Total Weight Loss: 158 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 41.91% Pastor Ken Andrews was beaming at The Biggest Loser season finale as he watched himself conquer his fear of heights when he did the freefall jump in New Zealand. He said that moment was life changing for him. 09 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Jay Jacobs Age: 53 Start Weight: 400 pounds End Weight: 219 pounds Total Weight Loss: 181 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 45.25% In The Biggest Loser house Jay Jacobs was known for having nine lives. He was sent home and came back, managing to stay on campus until the final four. America voted to keep Irene in the competition, but Jay still lost an amazing 181 pounds. 10 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Jennifer Jacobs Age: 28 Start Weight: 278 pounds End Weight: 164 pounds Total Weight Loss: 114 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 41.01% Jennifer Jacobs started the season on a sad note crying to her father Jay, "Even though we came here together I need to do this for me." But as she walked out on the stage at The Biggest Loser finale host Alison Sweeney couldn't help but point out all the catcalls she received for looking so good! 11 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Dan Evans Age: 54 Start Weight: 287 pounds End Weight: 163 pounds Total Weight Loss: 124 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 43.21% Dan Evans, who had lost 100 pounds before going on The Biggest Loser regained it when his son tragically died. While being on campus just wasn't for him, Dan went on to lose 124 pounds at home in honor of his son. 12 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Don Evans Age: 54 Start Weight: 309 pounds End Weight: 179 pounds Total Weight Loss: 130 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 42.07% Don Evans, twin brother to Dan, also wanted to lose weight for his son, who had disowned him due to his obesity. Don's son was in the audience at The Biggest Loser finale looking on proudly as his father weighed in. 13 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Arthur Wornum Age: 34 Start Weight: 507 pounds End Weight: 344 pounds Total Weight Loss: 163 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 32.15% Arthur Wornum started season 11 of The Biggest Loser as the most unhealthy person on campus, as well as the largest contestant in Biggest Loser history. He told Alison Sweeney at the finale, “This is the beginning. Arthur is reborn now.” 14 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Jesse Wornum Age: 61 Start Weight: 293 pounds End Weight: 210 pounds Total Weight Loss: 83 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 28.33% Jesse Wornum, who would sacrifice everything to keep his son on campus, danced his way onto The Biggest Loser stage saying, “Look at my boy! Look at my boy! Look at me.” And boy did he look good. 15 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Rulon Gardner Age: 39 Start Weight: 474 pounds End Weight: 301 pounds (when he left the show) Total Weight Loss: 173 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 36.49% Olympic gold medalist Rulon Gardner left The Biggest Loser, saying he had reached his goal weight and needed to go home to be with his wife. He did not show up for the final weigh in at The Biggest Loser season finale. 16 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Justin Pope Age: 39 Start Weight: 365 pounds End Weight: 192 pounds Total Weight Loss: 173 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 47.40% Justin Pope was a leader on campus known for pushing his teammates, especially his friend Rulon, who quit the show weeks after Justin's elimination. 17 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Courtney Crozier Age: 22 Start Weight: 323 pounds End Weight: 213 pounds Total Weight Loss: 110 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 34.06% As the biggest girl in the house, Courtney Crozler had a lot to prove. She absolutely did it, transforming her body and her mind. At the finale she said,"if you change your mind and believe in you, you can do it. I'm living proof." 18 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Marci Crozier Age: 49 Start Weight: 238 pounds End Weight: 152 pounds Total Weight Loss: 86 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 36.13% Marci Crozier, who owns a gym and a Dairy Queen, went on to start a "Thin and Healthy" program at her gym that's not all about weight loss but healthy lifestyle changes too. 19 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Moses Kinikini Age: 47 Start Weight: 440 pounds End Weight: 287 pounds Total Weight Loss: 153 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 34.77% Moses Kinikini came out on stage at The Biggest Loser season finale shadow boxing, which he credits with his total transformation. He went on to thank trainer Cara Castranuova for helping him find a way to lose weight without giving up. 20 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Kaylee Kinikini Age: 20 Start Weight: 233 pounds End Weight: 179 pounds Total Weight Loss: 54 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 23.18% Kaylee Kinikini was fighting to find herself throughout her stint on The Biggest Loser. At the finale the audience found a gorgeous girl in an adorable green dress. 21 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Jaquin "Q" Allen Age: 27 Start Weight: 437 pounds End Weight: 344 pounds Total Weight Loss: 93 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 21.28% Jaquin "Q" Allen had a tumultuous relationship with trainer Cara Castronuova telling her "I'm done," in one heated debate. Cara urged Q to come to her when he needed help. At the finale Q told Cara he loved her and the rest of The Biggest Loser family. 22 of 22 The Biggest Loser Contestant: Larialmy Allen Age: 26 Start Weight: 301 pounds End Weight: 217 pounds Total Weight Loss: 84 pounds Percentage of Weight Loss: 27.91% Larialmy Allen went home early in the game, sacrificing herself so her husband could remain on the show.
