I like that the board is not too thick or thin. A smooth cutting board that looks nice on the countertop. Great for cutting up some vegetables. You can even use the cutting board for a Charcuterie. The design and quality of the Bamboo cutting board is well done. The cutting board is hand washed only. To condition the board, you can apply mineral oil. The size of the board is handy and can sit out on the counter without taking up a lot of space. The light coloring of the board is beautiful. This is my go-to cutting board.
