A KELANTAN state executive councillor had to intervene to cool frayed tempers at the finals of the Telekom-World Muay Thai Championship (TM-WMC) Challenge 2009 at Stadium Sultan Muhamad IV in Kota Baru recently.
This happened when a small group among the 3,000 spectators threw objects and even chairs to vent their ire over alleged poor refereeing.
