Daytime glam just got elevated with a smoky touch thanks to Kareena Kapoor Khan who wore the look recently. The actor took to social media to show off her radiant, bronzed skin, sculpted cheekbones nude lips and a softly diffused smoky eye, a look created by her makeup artist, Savleen Kaur Manchanda. Her hair fell loosely over her shoulders, styled in soft, face-framing waves that further added definition to her features.

The actor's makeup artist accentuated her naturally defined cheekbones by applying a C-shaped blush on the highs of her cheeks giving her face a snatched, lifted look. The combination of an old-rose pink blush and a satin-finished nude-pink lip on dewy skin created a striking contrast that played up her smoky eyes. The bronzer was skilfully applied in the same direction of the blush, blending the two products seamlessly and also adding dimension to her face.

What was most striking about the makeup worn by Kareena Kapoor Khan was the soft smoky eye—a look achieved with by softly blending black eyeshadow, with black eyeliner for a diffused, grunged up look. This was only enhanced by her strong, defined eyebrows.

To recreate this look on yourself—use the darkest shade of eyeshadow you have along your lash line, then use a soft blending brush, and gently smudge this out over your lids, towards the brow bones. Incorporate lighter colours (like brown or grey)as you go. To add extra definition, coat your lashes in mascara to accentuate the smokiness.
