Bront Palarae is back to work on "One Two Jaga".

21 Jul – Actor, director and producer Bront Palarae says that he will continue working on his film "One Two Jaga" after a two year delay.

Bront who serves as a producer on the film, is back on the project after the film won at the Southeast Asian Film Financing (SAFF) Project Market held in Singapore last December.

"The production team and I had started this project two years ago however, it was still at the stages of improving the script and storyline."

"However, I didn't think that our SAFF entry would've actually led us to be the winner and beat 140 other submissions from around the world," he was quoted as saying to mStar.

With the win, "One Two Jaga" had gotten sponsorship of high-end shooting equipment worth RM73,000.

Said the "Jwanita" actor, the sponsorship had become the main factor of pushing him to complete the film as soon as possible.

Before this, the action drama was delayed as the production team had to make several changes to the script in order for audiences to enjoy the film.

Directed by Namron, the film will see the collaboration of actors from Malaysia and Indonesia including Beto Kusyairi, Datin Sofia Jane, Zaidi Omar, Amerul Affendi, Ario Bayu and Asmara Abigail.

Bront will also be sending his film to international film festivals before premiering it in Malaysia.
