With plans to spend the day at home with her 6-month-old daughter Atlas Noa, the former Pretty Little Liars star, 33, has been taking it "one day at a time" as they social distance amid the current health crisis. "Every single day there is something new that I realize about myself and about Atlas and even [boyfriend] Matte [Babel]," Mitchell, who is teaming up with Pampers for their #ShareTheLove campaign, tells PEOPLE. "It's been great. There are just so many new little milestones that make every day a little bit more exciting," the actress adds. "It's been really wonderful to be able to spend this much time with her." Through her partnership with Pampers, the actress is looking to send a simple shout-out to moms across the world to let them know that they are doing an amazing job. And Pampers is not only showing love to current moms and their families, but expecting parents as well. By providing no-cost access to virtual Child Birth Education classes, expecting moms and dads can gain access to the resources they need to feel prepared for when their child arrives. "We're using the hashtag #ShareTheLove on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook just to offer all the mamas out there a little extra support on Mother's Day and every day," the Dollface actress shares. "Be generous with yourself and others. Know that you're doing an incredible job and what you're doing is more than enough." Mitchell notes that she herself has a great supply of mom friends to lean on, sharing that the go-to gal she seeks out for a bit of advice every now and then is her former PLL costar Troian Bellisario, who has a 19-month-old daughter named Aurora with husband Patrick J. Adams. "Troian is the best advice giver for anything," she shares. "She's definitely somebody that I go to quite often for things Atlas-related and things not Atlas-related."
