Like the idea of a countertop water filter, and needed a replacement for another brand of countertop system when the filters were no longer available. This one had good reviews, and I agree. The water tastes fresh and good, and I like the clear plastic which should show clearly when a filter needs to be replaced. I also bought a spare filter. Our tap water is fairly clean but it helps to have additional filters for what is not obvious to the eye.

All you do is turn it on fill up and go. It fits great on your kitchen countertop and is priced right too. Go from faucet to filtered in seconds. An excellent product, with excellent taste.

I bought this filter a year ago and still using it till this day; well we have changed the filter twice now. The system is easy to install and the filter works amazing! The water doesn't have a chlorine smell anymore after filtering. We change the filter after around 4-5months depends on the usage.

Also, just recently we needed a replacement part for the Faucet Adapter, I contacted iSpring and they responded within 24 hours and Julius immediately shipped out the part to us without any charge (it was still within warranty). I highly recommend them for both their product and service!
