Excellent price and free delivery. I had problems connecting the filter to PLASTIC 1/4 inch tubing because the filter was supplied with brass fittings (captive nut and brass compression washer). I had to purchase plastic compression washers and small brass tube inserts (to stop the plastic tube being compressed) since the brass fittings were incompatible with my plastic supply line.

Trash... The two brass adapters that you install on the filter were faulty- not chamfered to receive brass ferrals, just flat. Tested water with Ph and ppm meters and practically the same numbers as unfiltered. It did however take away th chlorine smell.

Great deal, great price, exactly as advertised. Will order again in a year when these are both used.

Excellent in-line filter. Easy to install but please note that the filter comes with fittings for a copper water line. I have a plastic water line and had to go to Lowes to get the correct fittings. Additionally, the filter must be flushed before use to clean out any residual black carbon dust that resides from manufacturing. Otherwise, inexpensive and perfect.
