So disappointed with RTIC. We had purchased a soft cooler a couple years ago. The zipper broke after some time. Minimal wear and tear. Started looking it up and saw that others had had the same experience. Someone suggested we call RTIC and they did not stand behind it. Out of warranty. Understood. We were considering purchasing another cooler of a different variety. Due to the competitive pricing, we thought we would give it another try. We received a 15 soft pack cooler and after 3 weeks, there was moisture coming through when we put ice in it. After further investigation it was coming through a whole in the lining. Decided to call as it happen within 2 months of use and the response was that we shouldn’t put ice in it and RTIC does not stand behind the product as they seam it wear and tear. I assure you it was used within reason and would not deem it as more than regular use. Twice I have been let down by RTIC. Others have said they have had better experience with competitors and would recommend that route as RTIC customer service has responded to my challenges as though their products are “disposable”.

Purchased this bag that clearly shows it coming with a adjustable hand strap. Which was not the case turns out it was missing from the item. I went online read the reviews and someone said it was missing from there order. They called and was sent out the correct strap. I called customer service and was told that would have to return the item and that they would then send me a new order once they received the original. I then said this will take too long why don't you just send me a strap from the order you're going to send me. Instead of sending the whole bag back and waiting for a new one. They said that they couldn't do that. So that's when I said I read the reviews and someone else had the same issue. I then asked couldn't be done about this inconvenience and they said I can offer you a ten percent credit. Which would be a five dollar credit. I said all I want is what I purchased. They then said that they will check with there manager and send a email about getting me a replacement strap again. They ask me what color bag do I have and the description says navy. So what they did was just sent me a navy blue strap which doesn't match the colorof my bag at all. What a joke. They offer replacement straps but not in the color that I have. I was told to use that bag and that they are sending me the correct strap and it wasn't. So I'm stuck with something that I didn't purchase. Buyer's beware read the reviews and learn that if you purchase this bag you most likely will have the same problem.

Definitely not perfect but like family, I love the little guy! It’s collapsible, compact for storage when not in use and if you put an ice pack on the bottom it’s the perfect dimensions while holding a 6-Pack of cans snugly on top. It keeps the drinks cold for a decent time. All the little mesh pouches are brilliant additions that enhances the cooler’s versatility by allowing you to carry random tidbits both inside and outside the cooler.
However it’s not the best little cooler for bottles because they won’t fit with an ice pack but they will without (this is a dry cooler not meant for ice) which is kind of ironic that a bottle opener is included but it’s still a win-win in my opinion.
I only wish this cooler had a shoulder strap attachment of some sort on the cooler like the larger ones to make it more convenient to carry instead of just a handle.
Overall awesome little personal cooler at a great price point. Would definitely recommend getting one if you haven’t already.

Needed to upgrade my old lunch box and thought I'd give this one a try. The exterior looks nice in any color but you can't go wrong with black! I love the amount of space on the inside however, the pocket on the front and the two on the sides are pretty tight and it's difficult to fit much in there if I use them at all. The handle is great! You can carry it by the handle confidently even when you've got some weight in there. My only real issue with this cooler is the shoulder strap, particularly the padding. Although it looks very nice and cushioned, it causes the strap to slide off your shoulder way too easily. It's especially frustrating when you've already got your hands full and you feel the strap start sliding off right away. Hopefully RTIC can address such a small detail that would make this product so much better!
