I always bought Ice Mountain natural spring water because I liked the taste; I got tired of carrying cases of water into the house. The Waterdrop WD-CTF-01 met my expectations plus more. Unit is heftier than the previous Fachioo Fus I bought. The Waterdrop filtered water taste better than the Fuchioo. I didnt use the Fuchioo that much before going back to Ice Mountain bottled water. Happy I gave the Waterdrop a try. No more buying bottled water for me. Saving $$.

This is a really nice water filter. We have the worst hard water possible. And this makes it taste/look SO much better. And i like how the spout you can move to different positions. The only odd thing, is that you cant just leave it on the filter part of faucet, you have to turn it back to the tap, cause if you dont the water will continue to run. Which is not an issue, just kind of odd. Otherwise, its beautiful and works really nice!! And a good price also. Hopefully it will last awhile till the next filter change.

Good customer service also. (Only two dislikes - does not come with all of the tools to install, but I used my hands and it worked out okay. Instructions could be more clear).
