I ordered coordinating shirts for 2 kids in a dance competition. They me the next day to say they were out of a size for one of them.
I agreed to go up a size and they said the image would look better on ac different color. I adkesid they had the other color in both sizes and they said yes, sand that my order can still make it in time. I agreed to switch.
When I received the email confirmation, only one shirt was in the new color, the other was in the old. I contacted them to make sure both shirts were the same color and they said no.
This was the day the shirts were supposed to arrive.
They said no problem, they haven’t made the shirts yet (huh? They should be getting here today) and can make sure they are the same color.
And… they were using a different supplier snd can get the sizes we asked for.
When the shirts arrived, the images on the backs were swapped (the boy’s image was on the girls shirt and vice verse). The competition was the following day, so there was nothing we could do.
They agreed to re-make the shirts but we’ve never heard from them again.

I ordered shirts for my band, Perfect Crime, and they came out awesome! I was getting lots of ads in my newsfeed for cheap screened shirts that sounded too good to be true (they were, I checked them out), so I looked around for reviews on other shirt companies. Rush Order Tees consistently came back as 5 star, so I got a quote from them that included 100% pre-shrunk Haynes cotton shirts, both unisex and women’s shirts, two color front and one color back design. At my quantity they came in at about $11 each, wow! We can afford to give them out to our Killer Classic Rock fans and also sell them at shows for a reasonable rate. They look amazing, and the shirts are good quality, a nice medium-weight shirt that feels very durable. I will definitely be ordering again, for other shirts, too, and recommending them to my friends in other bands as well!

I bought this shirt due to the necessity and it is HANES. I never experienced any problems with HANES. When I saw it is heavyweight, my initial thought was "I like that in a shirt". After receipt, one flaw was the tag on the shirt was too sharp on the edges, so ok I cut it. However, the fabric material shirt itself is bad It will shrink after initial wash. After a wash or two, the color looks like it is bleached, it looks like is stained so this product can become unwearable. Due to the time lapse when I purchased this product and time worn, too much time elapsed. please be aware what you may experience. Maybe I received a bad batch.

We returned to custom inc after a great experience last year, but this year the quality certainly changed. We selected the same shirt as before but were surprised to see the fit had changed (the shirts/sleeves were much longer) despite ordering the same sizes as before. That wasn't much of a problem, but the print quality has decreased. Previously, our designs were embedded within the t-shirt, making us able to wash and dry them without concern of fading or peeling. However, now the shirt's design seems to be ironed-on, making us worried it will come off in the wash. Overall the shirts look nice and the material of the shirt is great, we just wish the quality of the printing was where it was before.
