Performance:120hz refresh rate with amoled display but however the phone is bad especially starting to use the phone right after reboot and it takes 2 minutes to fully load everything back from reboot but even with basic usage i see random shutter when scrolling down on apps which it's smooth but and then it shutters so Idk how to even express it but seriously the processor acts like its suffering from things even though you're not playing any games or editing videos so even with basic use such as tiktok , Instagram you'll see how bad it is mostly often of the case. The 108mp camera is trash cause you can zoom into things but and then the image processing will make a terrible outcome such as weird textures and even the basic camera isn't good since it purposely adds too much of color contrast like a yellow object turns into orange color so it's just pathetic. But the battery is good with the free 33watts charger and I'm gonna explain some important cons which people finds it major. First is the fingerprint unlock, it has the worst detection which means you need to precisely put your entire finger on the circle area or else it will fail and second one is the face unlock and this is the worst in my experience cause when i used my old vivo y15 which cost like rm 400 like that it will simply increase the phone screen brightness to scan your face on low light background area but i know it's the worst but this redmi note 13 doesn't even do anything and will say face not detected and doesn't even does anything better than my old cheap vivo phone so good luck using this phone if you care about face unlock and the last one is the ram. Even though it has 8gb it still doesn't keeps app alive like if you have 5 opened at least 2 of them will be refreshed so idk what's the point of this high gb ram when 4gb ram does it this way so please stop wasting your money on this junk phone if you care about face unlock ,ram ,108mp camera for this price or you'll regret it but I didn't decide to return this phone cause it's for work purposes but the cons do exist

Imagine buying a phone for your dad and told the seller to NOT UNSEAL the phone to make it look new and trust it is brand new but the seller lied and said "noted" and proceeds to send pictures to me showing that the product is sealed, when in reality when I received the product, it is already unsealed and when I confront them about it after, they ignored my chat and ghosted me. I ACKNOWLEDGE the description stated "will unsealed for warranty purpose" but i specifically REQUESTED to NOT unsealed the product.Please do not buy from this shop, they will temper with your phone before shipping. Please refer to the attachment of proof before and after receiving the product. I feel cheated and disappointed.

I've been using this item for just over a month and it's been excellent. Very quick for most tasks, excellent 200mp camera and no lagging whatsoever. This phone will do just about anything you throw at it. If your a gamer you will be able to play most high level games on lower settings as it's not really for gamers. Even though the snapdragon 7 gen 2 is quick it's not really a gamers processor, but for everything else it's perfect. Pound for pound you really can't beat this in most departments. I would highly recommend the Redmi line from xiaomi . Excellent value for money.
