I know it’s refurbished but it only came with 85% battery life. For a couple hundred more I could have just got the 15.
I got a new phone because my old phone was at 75% and kept dying after a couple hours.
I thought refurbished came with a new battery. I was wrong. They charge a restocking fee to exchange it. If I win the gift card to write this review I’ll definitely exchange it for the 15.
Aside from that huge battery issue. The phone itself so far is fine. But to not be able to watch a couple movies on your phone before it dies is ridiculous.

Received late, wasn’t too bothered about that but within a week of use I’d experienced the camera having issues and the flashlight not working consistently. In the weeks following the screen has already started to freeze for prolonged periods, and the microphone is consistently choppy on any sort of audio/video call. Unfortunate because I bought this to replace my iPhone because the front camera was unusable, this one has that in addition to microphone problems 🥲. I just wouldn’t recommend risking buying refurbished, even if supposedly good quality especially since potential issues don’t always manifest within the refund window.

This phone is completely damaged and doesn't work. The screen has hundreds of scratches, and there is a large dent on the side. I don't understand how they are trying to sell this at that price and not being honest about the condition of the product, claiming it's like new – that's a lie. They wasted my time. This was a birthday gift I was preparing in advance, and now I have to rush to find another one. I don't understand how Walmart allows this type of scammer seller. I want my money back as soon as possible.

Although a week after having this phone there were a few issues.
-Speaker is less louder than my iPhone XS something is wrong with it.
-Ports like sim tray and charging port and red dust in it.
-Old sim was found inside by previous user.
Overall I feel like they did not do their checks when sending this phone.
However the good points.
-Came with original box.
-No scratches on the back or front except slight scratches on side buttons (expected)
-This Alpine Green colour on iPhone 13 Pro is perfect I've got alot of compliments :)
I chose the Mint Condition option and got 86% battery health.
I would buy again from them but will ask them to check properly before sending one again.
