Perfect purchase. Brought an iPhone X in for a new battery, Geek Squad discovered a cracked screen, pushing the cost of repair close to a new phone. Alex, manager, suggested an unlocked iPhone 13 and made transition easy, transferring the X at a price competitive with Spectrum.

I suppose that for progress to be made there has to be change. Essentially For the uses that I have for my phone the real improvement is the camera. On the 6 it was always poor on the 13 it is excellent. The 6 battery was on the way out but after 7 years it had otherwise been excellent. Progress has also meant that many apps were no longer supported and so I opted for the 13. I decided that the 13pro that has an even better camera had no other benefits for me.
The reason that I have not given the 13 five stars is because I find the loss of the old push button, replaced by swiping is much more fiddly. Face recognition is very useful but if you are wearing a mask the old finger print recognition of the 6 would be more helpful for me.

I got an iPhone 13 refurbished and it shipped quickly and came in good condition. There were some scratches around the frame of the phone, not affecting functionality but showing that the phone certainly had a previous owner. The battery life and health is excellent on this phone for being a restoration. I highly recommend you go this route to get an iPhone, this one is essentially good as new and cost half as much!

Item description said Verizon, was actually locked to AT%26T. Took hours on the phone with Verizon to determine this - what a hassle! Asked Wombat for a discount code (or some similar compensation) for their error and they offered that I could keep the non-usable phone and they’d give me $15. What an insult! Avoid this seller.
