It is one of the beaches of Tanjung Sepat settlement, just 1.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

"Compared to other well-known beaches, this beach is not as crowded. Unfortunately, the toilet was unavailable due to a water supply issue. There is a small fee of RM1 for adults and RM2 for car parking. There were numerous monkeys scavenging for food at the garbage dump, but they did not pose a threat to people."
