The next thing you need to do is cut the bottom a little bit. If it's wrong, there's something bitter, so if you cut it a little bit first, you'll know if it's bitter or not. If it's bitter, you have to cut it off and wash the knife before you can eat the old angle that's not used as a whole.

Add 2 thin salt to the chopped furnace shell and marinate for about 30 minutes. If you add 2 spoons of water, you can shorten the time to soak.

Wash the pickled furnace in clear water 2-3 times for about 30 minutes and squeeze the water out.

I used an onion net to squeeze the water. I think the onion net is pretty comfortable and nice, so I always squeeze the water out like this.

Squeeze the water as much as possible, then add the prepared garlic, green onions, red pepper paste, plum syrup, sesame oil, and salt
