STEP 1/18
I've prepared two large-sized street angles. The amount of seasoning may vary slightly depending on the size of the furnace.
STEP 2/18
Cut into quarters, peel and remove seeds.
STEP 3/18
Remove seeds using a spoon.
STEP 4/18
It's a cleanly removed old pavilion.
STEP 5/18
Prepare the old angle by cutting it thinly prepared. It's delicious because the seasoning permeates well when sliced. Chop the onions and get ready.
STEP 6/18
You need a pickling process before you season the old shell. Sprinkle a handful of coarse salt on the furnace shell and chopped onions.
STEP 7/18
Sprinkle 3 spoons of sugar and 10 spoons of vinegar evenly and marinate for about 5 minutes
STEP 8/18
Rinse the pickled old shell in water and squeeze it out. There's a lot of water in the furnace itself, so even if it's salty, a lot of water comes out when you season it!!
STEP 9/18
Chop the green onions and get ready.
STEP 10/18
Make sure to put in the salty old angle and green onion.
STEP 11/18
Prepare the seasoning. Sprinkle with a spoon of sugar.
STEP 12/18
Prepare 1 spoon of oligosaccharide.
STEP 13/18
Prepare 2 spoons of red pepper paste.
STEP 14/18
Prepare 5 spoons of red pepper powder.
STEP 15/18
Prepare a spoon and a half of minced garlic.
STEP 16/18
Prepare 2 spoons of sesame seeds.
STEP 17/18
Add 7 spoons of vinegar and mix well. The seasoned roe is not as strong as you think!!
STEP 18/18
After tasting the seasoned nogak, add seasoning if it's not enough.
