I just got 4.56 2 weeks ago and I'm really happy with it. I'm running 35x12.50r17 KO2's and my first overall mpg figure came out to 15.579 mpg, got 351.9 miles on a tank driving about 60 miles round trip to work each day. I only have a 4.2 v6 and holy crap will it take off, it's quick when you want it to be. Doesn't struggle with the 35's at all. Biggest thing is your highway speed. At 70-71 mph I'm at 2200 rpms, so I never set the cruise higher than that. I'm ok with it because I was gonna get myself in trouble racing to work and back, now I just chill and cruise, figured it was a good way to control myself. Anyway, just thought I'd throw my 2 cents out in case it helps.

Thanks guys. Believe it or not, I mostly use the truck for towing my toyhauler since its not my dd. It works great. I understand that going with a diesel truck would be better suited for me, but it is lots of $ that I do not want to finance. This last Friday I took it up the cajon pass with no issues and trans temps reached a max of 202 degrees.

Looks good lighty. With the 4.56's, it feels like it has much more torque.
