SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI

SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI

Wishing everyone Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Maaf Zahir dan Batin. My warm wishes full of love, peace and prosperity and hope you enjoy the festivities and have a great time! I know it is a hard time, a new norm for most of us for not not celebrating with loved one. The joy of occasion with family, relatives and friends is a bliss. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19, the Government implemented MCO or PKP. This is the second time we are celebration the #PKPRaya without #BalikKampung.

Let's pray for the best, next year we will celebrate Hari Raya with Rumah Terbuka. Yes, it is a tradition and a must for me to join the Rumah Terbuka and enjoy all the delicious Rendang, lemang, nasi minyak and many more. This is what the one celebrating RayaBujang expects tho! For those celebrating #RayaBujang, let me share some tips and ideas on what you can do during the festive seasons.

  1. Eid prayers (Solat Sunat Hari Raya)
  • Don't forget to perform your Eid Prayers. The Lord knows everything. Pray to the Lord, get the mercy. But don't forget to follow the SOPs okay!
  1. Cook Raya Food
  • You can refer to recipes on social media or the internet to cook some luscious Raya cuisines. Share your own-made foods with your roommates or housemates and make them happy. If it is your first time cooking and making your housemates as the lab rats like “It’s Okay!”

3. Cheer Up with your housemates

  • For those who are renting a room or house, cheer up the day with them. Spend time, talk to them and appreciate each other. This will rapat silaturahim with your rental house partner.

4. Connect to your family via video calls

  • Forget and ignore everything, make a video call to your family, relatives and friends to express your love. Never hide your feelings to the loved one. This will be one of the best medicines to cure your loneliness and boost your Raya mood!

5. Gotong-royong

  • Last but not least, clean your house. This is something you'll miss out always on your busy schedule. Take this long Raya holiday to clean your room and make it as clean as a new pin.

So, wait no, act now! Celebrate this Hari Raya safely!
