Who wears short shorts? Zendaya wears short shorts—and makes them look damn good. Last night in Los Angeles, the actor hit the Space Jam: A New Legacy premiere wearing a fabulous ensemble by Moschino that was all about showing some leg.
Moschino’s long-sleeve silk jacket and matching cut-off shorts, both of which are from the brand’s resort 2022 collection and designed by Jeremy Scott, brought some high-octane color to the red carpet. The hot pants in particular were a delightfully unexpected red carpet choice. Elevated with sky-high white pumps and gold Bulgari jewels, they felt formal and fun.
The star’s high ponytail was reminiscent of her character Lola Bunny’s signature style, while the outfit’s bright colors called to mind Lola’s wardrobe of sports jerseys. Overall, it was the perfect look to ring in a Space Jam premiere: the zingy, color-blocked palette was as animated as the cartoon characters!
