Supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is speaking out about the new eating habits that she says make her feel healthier than ever. She says she's a big fan of Younger Skin Starts In The Gut, a book by naturopath Nigma Talib. According to Huntington-Whiteley, Talib's eating plan forbids dairy, gluten, sugar, and alcohol, and while this certainly isn't doable for everyone, the restrictive plan works for her.

"It's been really tough, it is, there's no doubt in my mind that once you start to see and feel results, it's really been transformative for me," Huntington-Whiteley told E! News. Just like Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady, who adhere to a strict eating regimen even while on vacation, Huntington-Whiteley's job depends on her body looking and feeling a certain way.

Her restrictive eating plan sometimes makes her miss the foods she's cut out. "I miss a glass of wine, I miss my cheese plates, and I miss my croissants," Huntington-Whiteley shared with E!. She added that, on the plan, "you can still eat so beautifully and so wholesome" and that after a few weeks of adjusting, she started to feel great. "I can feel it in my skin, I can feel it in my body, I feel lean right now, and I feel strong and I feel energized." Her fiance, Jason Statham, is also onboard with the new eating plan and "equally obsessed" with Talib's suggestions.

Talib suggests that once they see results, followers of her plan aim for an "80/20" lifestyle, comprised of adhering to her eating plan 80 percent of the time and making more relaxed eating choices 20 percent of the time. After all, life happens! Everyone faces moments when they'd prefer to deviate from their regular eating habits—even supermodels on strict nutrition plans. "My kind of balance is trying to eat really well at home and then when I go out...I try and still make smart choices but you know, if I'm going to have some French fries, or if I'm going to share a pudding or a dessert with somebody, you want to enjoy those things in life," she told E!.

Everyone has their own idea of what health means to them, and of what types of foods make them feel best in their own skin. While Huntington-Whiteley is focused on a more restrictive path, what makes her happy may not do the same for others. If her suggestions inspire you, awesome—but if they don't, remember that you're entitled to eat in whatever way makes you feel best!
